FAQ

Resale.Net provides an easy to use FAQ service for members to use to provide the answers to their most frequent questions.

How to add a faq

1 - Please login to Resale.Net by following the link below:

Click here to login

If you have not yet activated the FAQ service please follow these steps:

2 - Click the "My Settings" link at the top of the page.

3 - Click the "Edit My Services" link.

4 - Change the FAQ service to "Use Resale.Net Service".

5 - Click the "Add To My FAQ Service" link to submit your first FAQ.

If you have already activated the FAQ service and you are logged in please follow these steps:

2 - Click the "My Profile" link at the top of the page.

3 - Click the "My FAQ" link on the left side of the page.

4 - Click the "Add To My FAQ" link and complete the form with the FAQ information.

How to edit a FAQ

1 - Please login to Resale.Net by following the link below:

Click here to login

2 - Click the "My Profile" link at the top of the page.

3 - Click the "My FAQ" link at the left of the page and surf to the FAQ you would like to edit.

4 - Click the "Edit This Post" button and complete the form with the new FAQ information.

How to delete a FAQ

1 - Please login to Resale.Net by following the link below:

Click here to login

2 - Click the "My Profile" link at the top of the page.

3 - Click the "My FAQ" link at the left of the page and surf to the FAQ you would like to delete.

4 - Click the "Delete This Post" button and confirm you want to delete the post.

How to add an external link to your FAQ page

If you already have a similar service at your website you can enter the link to it instead of using the Resale.Net service. For example if you already have a FAQ page you can enter the link to it into your profile.

Please follow these steps to enter your link:

1 - Please login to Resale.Net by following the link below:

Click here to login

2 - Click the "My Settings" link at the top of the page.

3 - Click the "Edit My Services" link.

4 - Change the FAQ service to "Use My Link".

5 - Enter the link that points directly to the FAQ page at your website.

How to turn off the FAQ service

1 - Please login to Resale.Net by following the link below:

Click here to login

2 - Click the "My Settings" link at the top of the page.

3 - Click the "Edit My Services" link.

4 - Change the FAQ service to "Inactive".

All submissions are reviewed and subject to approval.
